Why UX/Product Design
I'm drawn to product design because it's where empathy meets problem-solving. The best products don't just look good, they understand how people think and behave. I love taking complex journeys and making them feel effortless.

What I Bring
My path has been a bit unconventional. I studied Informatics, specialization in New Media Design in Sweden, then moved to San Francisco where I currently work in early childhood education. This experience teach me to observe behavior closely, anticipate needs before they're voiced, and communicate with clarity. Skills that I transfer with me directly into UX.
Throughout this time, I've continued sharpening my design skills through personal work and completing the Google UX Design Certificate. I also bring a cross-cultural perspective from living between Sweden and the U.S., which shapes how I think about inclusive, accessible design.

- I care about designing with purpose. Products that improve lives, whether that's reducing environmental impact or making complex systems more intuitive.​

SPECIALITIES
User Experience
As a UX designer I have experience of the principles and techniques used to develop user-centered digital experiences. My top priority is focusing on the user by conducting user research, testing designs in iterations, and incorporating feedback and accessibility into the design process to ensure designs that solve real-world problems and meet user needs.
Graphic Design
As a graphic designer, I can create unique branding projects with typography, color theory, and composition. With my graphic design experience, I pay attention to details, I have a strong imagination and can think outside of the box.
User Research
User research is a crucial step in my design process. It helps to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience, which in turn leads to a more user-friendly and effective design. By conducting user research, I can identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, resulting in a better user experience.
Front-End Dev
With experience in front-end development I have skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (so also a bit back-end knowledge). I have the skills needed to develop user-centered websites and applications from scratch.

I love capturing memories on tape so a lot of my free time goes to filming and editing videos.

When I was little I often went plane spotting with my family, and since then I have always had a huge interest in aviation.
