MY STORY
My journey into design has been quite untraditional. Shortly after graduating in 2023 with a Bachelor’s in New Media Design from Jönköping University in Sweden, I moved to to the US, and began working as an Early Childhood Educator. Caring for children has strengthened my empathy, creativity, and ability to communicate clearly - qualities I now bring into my design practice.

Outside the classroom, I’ve continued to sharpen my design skills through personal projects, freelance, and courses like the Google UX Design Certificate. I also earned my 200-hour yoga teacher certification, which taught me the importance of presence and patience.

Design is always what I return to, whether I’m sketching ideas on paper or building something digital. Over the years, it’s grown from a personal and educative passion into a clear path I’m excited to follow. Now, I’m ready to take that next step and bring my creativity, skills, and perspective into a professional design role.
SPECIALITIES
User Experience
As a UX designer I have experience of the principles and techniques used to develop user-centered digital experiences. My top priority is focusing on the user by conducting user research, testing designs in iterations, and incorporating feedback and accessibility into the design process to ensure designs that solve real-world problems and meet user needs.
Graphic Design
As a graphic designer, I can create unique branding projects with typography, color theory, and composition. With my graphic design experience, I pay attention to details, I have a strong imagination and can think outside of the box.
User Research
User research is a crucial step in my design process. It helps to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target audience, which in turn leads to a more user-friendly and effective design. By conducting user research, I can identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, resulting in a better user experience.
Front-End Dev
With experience in front-end development I have skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP (so also a bit back-end knowledge). I have the skills needed to develop user-centered websites and applications from scratch.
